I can't play "How to Train your Dragon" in 3D!

I can't play "How to Train your Dragon" in 3D!
I can't figure out what's going on. I have the following equipment:
Panasonic DMP-BDT210 3D Blu-ray player
Denon AVR-1911 receiver
LG Infinia 55LW5600 TV
Tron Legacy, Imax Under the Sea, Kung Fu Panda 2 all work great along with all the 3D stations on DirecTV..
When I try to select the option to play HTTYD in 3D, I get a message that I don't have the correct equipment, and I am only allowed to select the 2D option.
Any thoughts? Thanks!

My bad, I listed my other blu-ray player in a different location. The one I'm using is the Panasonic DMP-BDT210.

Have you checked for a firmware update for the Panasonic DMP-BDT210 ?
