my set makes a loud clank when I turn it on. It only happens when the set is off for a long time but after that its only a small clicking sound which i think is normal. Anyone with a similar problem?

I own a 32XBR48 for three years and it has the same sound when it turns on. I think SONY designed it that way and I don't know the reason.

A friend of mine also has the xbr400 and it also makes the initial loud clank. I guess thats how sony biult it.
