Looking for a decent set of speakers for Home Theater...without a sub
originally considered Energy Take 5 until I found out its filtered @ 90hz and without the sub I would probably be less than please
The No sub rule is apartment regs...period I can't have one (I live above an antique store...its a great place...outstanding view of mainstreet...but alas this one cavet)

One possibility in the Energy Take 5 price range without the same frequency response limitation is a PSB Alpha system:
PSB Alpha AV fronts
PSB Alpha AV, Mini or Mite rears
PSB Midi or Alpha center
http://www.psbspeakers.com/s/AlphaFamily.html
Try pricing them at Sound City (1-800-222-7669) ask for Joe at Ext. 708.
