I just picked up a pioneer 302 dvd player. I seem to remember reading about some problems people were having with this player. ANy one know of specific problems I can look for while I still have time to take it back and exchange it? So far I haven't seen anything unbearable.
Also, the only thing I don't care for so far is the visual fast forward display. It seems kinda choppy unlike my PC dvd player that looks more like a vcr FF. Is this how home units are suppose to be?
Any problematic dvd's I should try on the player?
Thanks

Supposedly, on some titles (i.e. Tarzan, The Matrix)the audio will completely cut out and the disc has to be stopped and restarted again. I haven't tried these titles on my 302 yet, but I understand this is less of a problem on units manufactured after December 1999.
