Diff between 32XBR400 and 36XBR400

Aside from the size and corresponding price difference, are there any difference between these two new Sony Wegas? Feature-wise? I was initially set to get a 36" but am considering settling for the 32". Am I gonna miss out on some of the cool features such as DCR, line doubling, and the other features available in the 36" model.
Is the wireless headphones still included when buying the 32" or 36" XBR models?
