Any one else have problem with this unit? Last night I made change to the setting. Long story short no video. Did everything, even called their paper book tech support (the guy even told me he has never even seen a blu-ray player let alone a blu-ray).

any help? Its going back and this will be the 3rd and last Samsung Blu-ray in my life.

I change the setting from auto to 1080p. The screen came up with a box that said if after 15 sec it will/would reset itself if there is a problem (like Windows would do) that is all she wrote.
