Okay, I just became a homeowner and am trying to find a way to set up my home theater system along with my PC. I have a PC, Blu-Ray player with Netflix/other web connected stuff, and an XBOX 360. These all presently run through a router I have connected to a cable modem. I have everything set-up to my liking in the place where I currently live.
However, I have a problem with lots of wires running all over the place. I would love to find a way to eliminate the wire exposure altogether while maintaining top notch speed on my PC (i.e. not having to get a wireless adapter, which slowed speeds down big time last time I used one) when I move into my new place. Visible wires don't look too good out in the open and I think could prove a major turn-off for women (or so I have heard).
Any advice? Move this to another forum if you feel the need. Thanks!

Run them behind the walls. It's what I did and it looks clean. Takes alot of time but it's worth it.Originally Posted by Dr. DVD

BTW - never heard of visible wires turning off women. That might be the dumbest thing ive ever heard (no offense).

It annoys wives. I'm not sure the single versions let it get in the way.

Actually, I know it doesn't. I just have trouble convincing people who think it does (my mother) that it doesn't. Seriously though, I would like to find a way to conceal them.
