Infinity 2020 player NTSC to PAL problem. HELP!

I just got the Infinity player (the one with the "loopholes" menu just like the imfamous Apex), but even though I can change the region settings, I still can't convert NTSC to PAL. This causes the picture to go black and white and roll over like crazy. Does anyone know how to remedy this?

Hmm, I'm not even sure this can be done on NTSC only televisions. Can someone shed some light on this or prove me wrong?
