Help finding email/contact for execs at Panasonic (problem w/service)

Help finding email/contact for execs at Panasonic (problem w/service)

I've been dealing with Panasonic's customer service (or lackthereof) for a few weeks on behalf of my father....who bought a 42" plasma last spring and it's gotten the 7 blinks of death. They sent someone out (just around christmas) who determined that the sboard was bad. Apparently, this is pretty common with the newer pannys (not a good thing). Anyway, they told me the part was on backorder and they'd let me know when. A week later and no response. They say it's on backorder but I was able to find the exact part online. They said it was then being held up because of the agent who is handling the case. Anyway, back and forth and back and forth. I'm going to write a complaint letter (actually my dad is) but I need to make sure it goes to the top brass in the executive offices in NJ. I checked online but they appear hidden or not public. I've seen people post the contact info for other companies (comcast, i.e.) and that seems to be the best (and onyl) way of getting anything resolved.

So, anyone got this info? I'd prefer email and mailing addresses, but I'd take either. Thanks a lot.

Panasonic has some of the sorriest customer service on the planet. I will never own anything else Panasonic, because of this. I had a Panny dvd player a few years ago, but never again will anything be bought by us, with Panasonic's name on it.
The only address I've seen is:

Their CEO's name is Don Iwatani.
If you want to spend time on a Google search, you might eventually end up with an email address or something.

If that doesn't work out, you might want to try emailing your story to the consumerist: http://consumerist.com/ (I've emailed the execs after ongoing issues with CS before (and had great results), but I couldn't find any info on Panasonic)

Whenever people go to the consumerist, the companies seem to respond pretty quickly.

Other than that, you might want to contact the retailer you purchased from (although this seems to be more of an issue with Panasonic CS).
