I have a player that plys the DVD it is just that my TV will not accept the PAL signal. I want to know if there is a device I could put between my player and my TV so the TV can read the PAL signal.

I also have a Raite AVPhile715 and it does play PAL DVD and does the conversion to NTSC so that you can watch it on a normal American TV. You have to tell it that you have a NTSC TV in the setup.

They're about $250. I would do a search of some online retail sites. If you'd like to do some research on some other players, I have a section on them in my LINKS section of my site. If you're looking for the BEST quality downconversion from PAL to NTSC though, your best bet is a MPEG card that will output (I haven't used it, but I hear the Hollywood+ is excellent in this regard)
