I am looking to expand my home theater into the realm of better video. I have been looking for a decent front projector for a reasonable price during the last few weeks, but unfortunately, here in Iowa there aren't many retailers that have different brands for you to compare. I have seen a SharpVision model in action, and I did like what I saw. However, I have heard that there are significant downfalls to the LCD projectors. Someone that I know recommended to me that I look into the DreamVision projector line. Apparently instead of being LCD driven, it is DLP (Digital Light Processing) driven. I know nothing about this model, and wish to ask the board for any advice or suggestions. I know that there are extra costs associated with the screen and ceiling mounting devices, and that's OK. I'm hoping to be able to buy one of these front projector units for $7,500 or less. I would appreciate any help that you'd have to offer, thanks!
