I would have to recommend the Pioneer 525.

The cheapest I found it was here: http://www.supremevideo.net/product...._code=piodv525

I have ordered from them before, they ship pretty fast.

I have the Sony DVP-360. It is a new model for 2000 and everything about it is flawless. It is like the 330 but it has componant outputs (which supplies for a great picture). It does not have a built in DD decoder which is what makes the price lower. If you are needing DD sound, then I would go for the DVP-550. If not, get the 360. I have not a single complaint about it. It retails for about $250. There are more inespensive brands than Sony, but I have yet to see a more reliable one.

Got the new Sony S360 and like it as well. It does not have any lip sync problems like the 330 and it has a very nice picture. I paid $189 for an open box, but even $250 is a good deal. The S560 has built in DD and its only $299.

Buy.com has the Toshiba 2200 for $249 with free shipping. I have the 3109 (old version of the 2200) and am pretty happy with it. They fixed some bugs (supposedly) in the 3109 for the 2200.
