Anyone have a Netflix enabled TV?

I know Netflix is streaming to a few set-top boxes (360 is what I have), but I'm looking for a second TV and this feature would be nice to have. I know LG has one, and I read Sony and Vizio also have (or will have it). Any others I'm missing?

How do these work? I'm assuming I have to hook an ethernet cable to them. Could I use a wireless access point also? Do any have built in WiFi?
Most importantly, is the quality of the TV good? Does Netflix stream just as well as it would on a set-top box? This is only a minor want, but I figure if I can add it, it would be nice. The quality of the TV is most important though...

Thanks!
