i have a 32" Toshiba TV (model CF32H50) and recently, it has been exhibiting signs of poor tv reception. well, that is to say, after it warms up, and as i change channels, it takes 2 to sometimes 10 seconds for the channel to become clear and fixed. horizontal black lines on the sides, vertical squeezing to sometimes just a thin line, no red, picture in picture activates (i only have one tuner signal so i never this feature up), or just black & white horizontal junk shows for those few seconds and then finally it clears up. anyone have any idea why this may be happening? although my cable supplier recently merged with another, i don't necessarily think the cable signal changed... i assume they're basically the same. also, after i got tired of this, i inserted a dvd and the same thing happened. i had to turn it off & on to get it to play clearly.

any possible info/help would be greatly appreciated. i have contacted toshiba but wanted to see if anyone else had a clue.

thanks
young
