Toshiba 1200 prpblems with VCD's

Hi,
I tried playing VCD's on my new Toshiba 1200 and I get sound problems. There's an echo, like the words will go with the mouth movements and then again a split second later. Anyone know how to fix this? These are legit VCD's and not burns so I don't know what the problem is. Reply to me at [email protected]. Thanks.
