Wireless headphones?
I need a decent pair of wireless headphones for late night TV watching. Regular wireless, not Bluetooth ones. Any recommendations?

Re: Wireless headphones?
I have Sennheiser RS 130 headphones that I like quite a bit. I use them for midnight movie watching myself. For me, the best part is how well contained the sound is. I will often sit in bed (next to my sleeping wife) and watch movies without waking her up.
Mind you, I'm no audiophile so please take my recommendation accordingly.

Re: Wireless headphones?
Honestly, I thought them a bit pricey too but I got them as a christmas gift so I wasn't about to complain. A little bit of research afterwards did suggest that the drop-off in quality was quite sharp as you went below $100. Hopefully other folks will be able to suggest less expensive alternatives that they've had good experiences with.

Re: Wireless headphones?
everything rohit said was correct. you need to spend $100 for a decent pair. sennheiser also makes a 110 and 120 series for under $100. if you could find them locally you could always try them first.

Re: Wireless headphones?
Hey Chuck, I just got the Senheiser 110 from Newegg for 49 dollars. I believe its the same as the 120, except it doesnt have rechargeable batteries. I got rechargeable AAA anyways, so it wasnt an issue for me. I love them, very comfortable on the ears and in the wallet. Only thing to watch out for is that make sure your TV has analog audio output and not digital only output otherwise you cant hook this up.

My friend has a wireless 5.1 pair and loves them. He's had them about 4 years now and no problems.
I believe these are them: http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-SE-DIR.../dp/B0007XL43M

Re: Wireless headphones?
I also have a pair of the 120's. They're great for what they are. No, the sound quality isn't as good as my normal listening headphones, the Sennheiser HD 555s, but it's much better than I expected from a wireless set. (and, they cost a good deal less than the 555s did when I bought them.)
