I want a VGA to component cable to hook from my dreamcast VGA box to the component inputs on the back of my KP53V80.
where might i look for them (online or B&M) and where would be the cheapest?

I have no experience with this vendor or the product, but Audio Authority's model 9A60 seems to fit your needs.
This converter would also work for someone who needs to hook up the VGA output of an HDTV decoder (such as RCA's DTC-100) to the component video inputs of an HDTV ready set (such as Toshiba's line).
Here is a link to the converter I found:

Wow, its what i need (i think) but 129 bucks is too much for me right now. I was hoping there was just a cable to go from VGA to RCA component.
thanks, though.
