Need more information, but if you have the space, willing to put some work in on the front end, can even reasonably control lighting, I always recommend looking at a front projector.

I installed ours for "Saturday night movie night". HA! We watch it for everything!!

With the reasonable cost of HD programing and that you can get a HD pj in the $1,000 range, it also makes it BY FAR the cheapest HD display per inch that you can buy. Even if you went to a mid level 720p or low level 1080p, the cost per inch is very, very low! It simply is the best value in displays.
