Denon 1930 Power Up problem?

I have a Denon 1930 1080p upconverting dvd player that currently will not turn on. It is receiving power because the light is orange around the power button, and green when on. It might be a coincidence, but my player went out the day after a bad lightning storm. It was hooked into a monster power strip though. A new DLP tv, blu ray player, receiver and laserdisc player were all fine plugged into the same power strip. Is there something I am missing, or just a fluke with the storm. The player is less than a year old....hope I sent in those dang warranty cards. Many Thanks!

Unplug it for a couple hours, then try again. If it won't work, contact Denon for warranty repair.
