Samsung 1080P7 Problems, Advice Needed

Does anyone else have this player and if so does it like mine have annoying glitches? I was watching Barton Fink today and during one scene it kept freezing up but the same scene played flawlessly on my ps2 as well as a non-up converting player. The disc is brand new but I guess I'll go exchange it tomorrow. The player seems to have freezing glitches often on some dvd's but will then play that same disc perfectly if I simply take it out and put it back in the player. Is their something I can do to fix this or should I just invest in a new player?

Wait, you have a disc that plays fine in 2 other players yet you're gonna return it? I don't understand why you'd do this.

And the suspect player has problems with other discs.

Sounds pretty cut & dried to me.

Is this a player that you can update firmware on?
