Hello a couple of days ago I bought a TV show on DVD. It played fine for the couple of days. Now I put any of the 4 discs in the DVD player and the menu is black with just the buttons such as play episodes bonus fetures, but not the actual background to the menu. The really strange part is that I can click on play and it plays and then when I click menu on my remote the menu buttons have appeared over the top of the movie? I thought it was the DVD's so I put it in another DVD player and the menu appears fine with no problems. What is going on? It's obvioulsy not the DVD's since it's fails on one DVD player and not another one.

Try turning the DVD player off, pulling the power cord out of the AC outlet, wait about 30secs, then plug it back in again.

Could you possibly tell us what DVD it is, and what brand and model DVD player you have?
