Great idea hiding the wires. Those would be easier to get to as well if you need to move something rather than guiding them through a wall.

I plan helping my parents design and build a room in our basement. Then I'll be moving down there and hopefully making my own setup as nice as yours.

Thanks again for the kind words guys!

I know it's probably obvious, but the T.V. isn't actually crooked; just a misleading picture. Same thing with the reflections of the glass shelves.

And... the left satellite speaker's wire cover is not hanging like that. I had just lowered my T.V. and attached that and it must have fell right before the picture. I have since fixed it.

The leather home theater seat is the corner is also new. I found the little stool at Wal-Mart to go with it. I have all 10 of my remotes in that, haha.

Thanks
Shane

Did not mean to bring up an old thread, but wanted to share what I ended up doing with the set-up. Missing my old desktop, I decided that I wanted to get a new one. Having a small room I was forced to.... RID OF A DVD SHELF!

This is how it ended up. I stacked the box sets and T.V. shows up top, and in the coming weeks I plan on trading a lot of my unwanted DVDs for Blu-rays. Speaking of HD, I sold my whole lot of HD-DVDs last week and I now plan on growing my BD collection. Thanks for looking and leave comments!

Thanks
Shane A.

I agree with everyone else, looks incredible. At 19 you have a much better setup than I do at 28.
