hddvd player help

i just got westinghouse 32inch lcd tv model w3213hd and i can't seem to connect with my hddvd a1 via hdmi and anyone help plz

Have you tried reading the manuals? What do you mean you can't connect?

A little more info would be nice. Do you just get no picture? Have you tried hitting the video input button on the HD DVD remote? Video output button?
