I have the celestions av 305 from best buy for my home theatre.

I have about 2 feet of clearance from my listening position to put a rear center on the wall, close to the ceiling. Is this good enough to put a rear speaker or will it just mess up the sound design?

What rear center speaker do you guys reccomend? I'm probably willing to shell out $125 the most. Thank you.

About a year ago, I was in the same position, But I wanted two for the rear for a 7.1 system. I came on these boards and asked if anyone had bought any extra sets from Best Buy and found someone who had. He was willing to split up the extra set and sell me two of them. I think he only wanted $80 for them. I don't remember who it was that I dealt with.
I have also seen them being sold singly on e-bay, although you'll pay more that way.
Buy.com is also another option, as the still sell the Celestion speakers, as I just bought my father a whole 5.1 Celestion package from there this past March.

While I would try to get something close, I would not worry about it too much. A front center is crucial from a matching standpoint.
