But I just got a dvd player of Memorex DVD player Model: MVD2022

But no remote.

I do have a universal remote but CANNOT FIND A REGION CODE ANYWHERE!!!

I serarched everywhere googled it etc but no luck! Can you guys pleeeease help me ? Thanks a bunch!

I am not looking for region free code, I just want to use my Universal remote controll to controll my DVD player so I can FW play etc, I lost my orignal remote

Try some of the VCR Memorex Codes listed here. They say you may have to drop the leading "0" if your universal remote accepts only 3 digit codes.
Here are the "possible" codes. If they don't work, you may be out of luck
0035, 0037, 0039, 0047, 0000, 0240, 0048, 0104, 0046, 0162, 0072, 0209

The sheet that came with my $10 GE Universal Remote says 446 is the Memorex/DVD code.

OK on my Toshiba TV it says enter the 4-digit so like the one dleedlee gave me

446

would I add

You need a code from your remote's manufacturer, and it ought to be in the manual. People throwing out their Memorex codes won't help you unless they happen to have the same brand remote. If you give the name and model of the remote it would help. If you want better, faster help, post this info at remotecentral.com. There are guys there who seem to have every list known to man sitting next to their computer.

I have the TV manual, it just lists the code for Memorex VCR, but not DVD
