HDMI cable?
We just purchased a Sony LCD a couple weeks ago, and I ordered an HD-Tivo last night (see the "free" offer in the bargain forum). I've never used HDMI before - heck, haven't even seen a cable in person.
I'm going to order from monoprice.com, but not sure if there's anything in particular I need to look for in an HDMI cable. I only need a 6 ft cable.

Is the 28 AWG cable sufficient, or should I go with the 24 AWG for $10 more? That's still cheap enough that I won't balk at spending the extra money, but if the cheaper cable is sufficient, I might just go that route.
TIA!

either one is fine. For longer runs, I would use the 24 AWG, but for 6 feet, 28 should be fine. I use a 35 foot 24 AWG form monoprice from my living room DVR to my bedroom LCD and it works great!
