Could be several things, loose connections, loose speaker wire or speakers that cannot handle the volume you want.

Well you have not said how old this system is or if it is only movies and not cd's for instance.

This type of problem is usually crakced, brittle or broken drivers.

What does the core filter do? I have noticed that I did not attach it? Could this be the cause?

Sorry: I got this system 9 months ago. It is very new In my opinion and I only use it for movies. I never blast the music.

Thank you for your help.

No idea what this is, never heard of such a thing.

Is it still under warranty? That may e be a choice for you.

Surround/Center Output Power (10%THD): 52w x 3 min. RMS, into 8 ohms @ 1 kHz

With a 10% thd rating I would not expect great performance anyway, 52 watts is not going to do a good job if the room is too large.
