Need some quick help. I recently got a dual deck Panasonic recorder. I am having problems finding a brand of DVD's other than Panasonic to record on. Anyone know of some compatible brands? I tried Memorex, but they didnt work for me.

Also, I recently found out I need to "finalize" a disc, or I will be unable to play the disc on any other DVD player than the one I recorded on. Is this "finalize" option something I find on a menu? Or is it a button I press.... Help! Please and thanks.

Knowing the model number would be helpful.
