DVD Player & MP3's...
Gentlemen...
My #2 DVD player is a Magnavox that I purchased primarily because my older "superior" Toshiba DVD player is limited to the DVD format exclusively. Recently, I burned a disc loaded with MP3's to play in the Magnavox.
All started out well, but unfortunately the Magnavox is skipping some of the song files. Most play without difficulty, but that's not true for all of them. For whatever reason, it jumps past certain selections. When I remove the disc and play it in my computer, all of the MP3's are heard without any skipping whatsoever.
I'm baffled by this. Can somebody with a greater understanding of the vagaries of DVD/MP3 players (which is most everybody) explain why this is happening and what I can do about it?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts and suggestions.
