Problem with Philips 29PT9420 TV Pixel Plus
Minor problem, actually... as I never used this feature on this Philips TV but just recently found out it didn't work.
The clock and on timer!
This makes me a bit disappointed. I can turn on the clock by pressing the button on the remote but I can't make any setting as any other buttons (arrow, +/-) doesn't affect anything on the clock setting.
About on timer, well, maybe because the clock can't be set, the on timer can't be set either! In the features menu, on timer is displayed but not highlighted, so the option can't be selected.
I tried to verify this problem to nearest service centre but they said that this model for Indonesian market (I live in Indonesia) doesn't feature on timer. They claimed it has been verified by Indonesian representative agent.
I tried to contact via Philips website (this time via Singapore) but they never respond.
Can anyone help me?
