Bose QuietComfort 1 vs. QuietComfort 2?
Hi All,
I'm looking for a website that compares the older noise canceling headphones vers. the newer version that Bose released.
About 100 dollar difference.. what's the rest of the differences? Sound? Weight? Size?
I looked on bose.com and they didn't even have the older version on there anymore.
Thanks

Where are you planning to buy the QuietComfort 1 headphones anyway? The QuietComfort 2s came out a little over a year ago.
I don't own either version but they made some changes in size and shape. The version 2s are slightly smaller and the battery is now attached to the ear part so you don't have to carry a separate battery pack around. In my opinion, both still seem bulky and if you are a real road warrior, carrying extra stuff around is a turn-off.
Search the web, I'm sure you'll find ample reviews of both versions. Granted they might not compare them to each other, but you'll still be able to determine which is a better value for you.
Here is one that has the older Bose QuietComfort 1: http://www.enjoythemusic.com/magazin...headphones.htm
Here is the CNET review for the QuietComfort 2s: http://reviews.cnet.com/Bose_QuietCo...-21165521.html
