is there such a thing as a digital audio selector?

I picked up the hdtv a/v xbox pack at toys r' us for $10 yesterday and I can already tell it is going to be annoying as hell to have to keep switching fiber optic cables between my dvd player and xbox.

I know about the regular a/v boxes where you can switch but is there anything that can do digital audio?

Some of the boxes that let you swap A/V include digital audio, optical or coax.
The one I've got does, it cost about 100, I don't know if the cheaper ~30 $ ones do.

How many of what type of ports do you need?

(component, s-video, composite) (analog L/R, digital optical, digital coax)
