Toshiba

I was recently looking at TVs and i was impressed with the Toshibas(although i bought a Panasonic ).

No contest - the Toshiba for both picture quality and anamorphic enhancement capabilities.

DO i have to worry about burn in or using magnetically shielded speakers with either of these tv's?

Yes to both. Keep the contrast & brightness et properly and burn-in should be no problem.
