Progressive Scan DVD Player Needed

My Toshiba SD-4700 is crapping out on me. So I am looking for a new DVD player. I was hoping to get a Panasonic RP82S or XP30 but I looked everywhere and couldn't find any. I would like to get one with the DCDi chip. I don't need DVD-Audio or SACD. The Denon 910 sounds good but, I have read mixed reviews. $300 or less if possible. Any thoughts?

Keep your eyes peeled for a Denon DVD900 refurb at ecost for < $100. Great bargain.

The Denon DVD-900 has a very soft picture and is not up to the standard of their other models. The 910 is better.
