A stupid Question!?
I have what is most likely a stupid question, but here it is...My sister bought a 65" HD Widescreen Hitachi Television...She has a Progressive Scan DVD Player...I was under the impression that the DVD's that stated enhanced for 16x9 tv's would fill the entire screen...She still has the Black Bars at the top and bottom..Is there a certain setting that the tv should be on to fill the entire widescreen....
