Building cables?
Has anyone here built their own cables before? I'm interested in doing it with some Canare LV-61S RG59 and some C4A interconnects, but am a little confused about the crimping/die process.
Can only the Canare die/crimp work on these cables/interconnects, or can I use any other RG59 one? I ask because the Canare set is extremely expensive, like 170 bucks for the crimp and die set for these interconnects.
Anyone have any knowledge on this subject?
