any difference on Panny S35 and S25?

I went to best buy and it looks like the s35s are gone and replaced with the S25. Are there any improvements on the S25 or should I try to find S35?

Looks like the S25 would limit you to 2-channel audio only. I would not recommend it based solely on that.
