Help finding a receiver

Okay, calling on the forces of DVDtalkers for help. I'm trying buy a decent receiver. Here's what I'm looking for:

Two s-video inputs (the tv only has one, so i'm looking to run tivo and dvd player into receiver, and then one out to tv).

Two digital inputs (one for tivo, one for dvd player).

Plus be able to run the ps2 and vcr through the receiver as well. What's a good receiver? I've tried a little bit of hunting, and Best Buy and the like don't seem to have exactly what I need. If there's a receiver with a dvd player built in, that's fine, but not required. Thanks in advance. My email address is [email protected]

Thanks again!

There is a big difference between spending $500 on a HTIB and on a receiver. If you have speakers already, I would advise using your budget for just a receiver, then upgrading speakers later if you need to.

For HTIB, the Onkyo systems seem to be pretty popular. The HT-S660 is about $350 and the HT-S760 is $500.

To the best of my knowledge, Tivo doesn't have a digital out. At least my series 2s don't, nor did my series 1. DirecTivo does though.
