Cable options in a particular area

We put a bid in on a house in Texas (N. Dallas). Negotiations are going better then I thought. Anyway...

Wasn't there a link to find cable options by zip code? For some reason when I moved from Dallas (over 4 years ago), I didn't think that area had Digital Cable yet.

We have always had Cable, but wouldn't mind looking at Dish. If Cable isn't available, then makes my choice easy...

What about tvguide.com? If you go to the site to look up listings in your area, it (at least for me (Minneapolis)) brings up a listing of several different companies that have service here.

From that, you could narrow it down, then search each company's site to find pricing info.
