Native Scan Rate Question
My toshiba RPTV has a native scan rate of 540p/1080i so that everything going in at 480i/p gets upconverted.
First Question: will a 720p feed, such as from an HDTV STB or an Xbox, get converted up to 1080i, down to 540p, or ignored and not displayed?
Second Question: I've got a time warner HDTV digital cable box, I think it outputs everything at 1080i, but I'm not sure. Anyone know?
