DTV on PC

Is there anyway to get DTV on my computer? I'm guessing it can't be as easy as hooking up a OTA reciever to a TV tuner card. I ask because I plan on using a second computer as a PVR. Since most of the local stations are already broadcasting in digital I figured I'd see if I could tap that signal to record. I get cable but not digital. And if you're wondering about the computer it will be 1ghz, 512m ram and 360g+ hds.

You'll need a digital TV tuner card. Just like the old analog tuner cards, only they support [H]DTV.
