Q about 3:2 pulldown...
Ok... If my DVD player had 3:2 pulldown then my HDTV doen't need to have it... right?
I thought I finally had my new TV purchase down to a few models and then I noticed that one of the Hitachi's in todays CC add has 3:2 pulldown in the specs... the ones I've been looking at do not (as least not in the spec sheet).

If you have a progressive scan DVD player, you don't need 3:2 pulldown in the TV when watching DVDs. However, the television's 3:2 pulldown will be active when watching any non-DVD content (regular TV, VHS, etc).
