Paper cone speakers

About how long can I expect my speakers made with paper cone to last? They sound pretty good now, but I was just curious as to long they would.

As long as you keep them in a good environment (out of direct sunlight and moisture) they should last you a while. Treat them good, and you shouldn't have a problem.

If the surrounds are foam thay will go way before the cone will. I've had to re-foam my speakers twice already and the paper cones are fine. It's been over 20 years since I got them!
