Is the Panasonic RV-32 a decent player?

I've been looking for a cheap DVD player for the bedroom (just a 20" Toshiba flatscreen TV in there). Since I have $50 in credit at Crutchfield, I'd like it there. Is the RV-32 a player worth getting? (if not, what about the Sony NS315?)

The 32 is a nice player for the money ($120 at Crutchfield). Lots of features (MP3, WMA, CD-R, etc) and good picture quality.

My Panasonic RV-31k just died after only a year & 1/2...I'm looking at Sonys...JVC's & Toshibas...

Some of the 31s were a problem. However, Panasonic's quality seems to be improving. I know a lot of people with newer model Panasonic players and they are quite happy. I've had three myself without any problems.
