Which Cable Descrambler?

There seems to be so many cable descramblers on ebay. Which one should I buy? What is the difference between them all? Why do some say they have surround sound?

Anyone have any recomendations. I found this guy on ebay..

Are we just waiting for this thread to get locked.. I had a feeling that would happen..... But why?

Isn't talking about cable boxes the same thing as talking about radar detectors? Radar detectors are illegal too.

Can't we talk about it? How are all these people selling them on ebay and the internet? Do you think its a bad idea to buy one on ebay?

I plan on telling my cable company..........

Well, as long as you tell your cable company you should be fine ...

If you weren't going to tell your cable company you might have some problems. I remember reading about a few companies that turned their records over to the cable companies and the people who used the boxes were charged for the service they had received (thousands of dollars worth of cable..). I don't know if it was true or not but I do remember reading it from a bunch of different sources.

I was doing some research as to whether this was legal under some circumstances and what your understanding of the issue was. Thanks for answering those questions.
