Optimal Rear Satellite Speaker positoning

just need some suggestions here
how high above ear level should I place them
and and what angle?
should I point them directly towards me when I'm sitting down?

What type of rear speakers and what type of system?

Ideally the speakers should be several feet above the heads of the seated viewer.

Need more info to help more..

I've a Denon 1805 reciever
and the Mirage AVS500 satellite speaker system
