Malata 520 DVD player?
ok i know this player can play dvds of any regions but does anyone know if this player can play "Region Coding Enhancement" dvds such as The Patriot and future RCE dvds?

All RCE does is prevent playback in machines hard-coded for an "all-region" setting. RCE requires that the machine be programmed for the specific region where the disc comes from. The Malatas are not hard-coded for any particular region setting. They allow you to manually choose the setting through the remote control, which therefore negates RCE.
