Dish Network 721 PVR

Since this product is finally coming to the market I thought we could use a thread to discuss it. I am planning on getting one eventually but would like to know as much about it as possible before I buy one. I know that there is at least one Dish net dealer on the forum who could provide technical info (Frank S?), but I would also like to hear from anyone who has bought one as well.

Some questions that should be discussed:

What exactly is needed to use the 721? Which LNBFs will work with it (dual, quad, double dual)? What would one need to setup a 721 and an additional receiver? Best places to buy, prices?

Other members please feel free to ask any questions that you have as well. Keep in mind that I would like the thread to deal specifically with the 721 receiver and not any other Dish Network issues. Hopefully This thread will be useful to all those interested in the 721.

You need to cables coming from the satellite to go into the back of the 721 to use the picture-in-picture and watch record one thing and watch another or record two things. If you want to have an addition receiver in the house, that means you will need atleast 3 cables coming from the satellite. You can either do this by getting a quad (the easiest way), or by using two duals and a SW64 or SW44. Currently it is not offered directly through Dish Network, so it has to be purchased through a local retailer.
