Malata or Harry Potter?

Ok I posted this question in another place, but no one could help me, so I'm going to ask here, and keep my fingers crossed. This is asked a different way, but....

I wen't and rented a brand new copy of Harry Potter. It playes fine up until 73:49, or right at the end of chapter 18, the one with the Mountain Troll. Then it Freezes. Stops, does nothing, i cant even use my remote I have to turn the machine off then on again. I have tried to get around this chapter using scene selection, but it also freezes. There is nothing I can do. It does this at exactly the same spot every time. I have a Malata N960.
If that helps....

The movie will however play fine in my ps2. with a slight (very slight) freeze a couple of seconds later pass the part where it shuts down my Malata. So my question is, Is it the DVD or is it my Malata?

Thx for any info.

ok, never mind...... I was just reading in some newsgroups that alot of different dvd players have this same problem. I guess it has to do with that whole layer thing. But I don't know if HP has layering.... But I guess it must seeing as how it's a 2 1/2 hour movie on one disk.
