Gallo Speakers
I finally got a chance to listen to these speakers. I was fortunate to have a dealer next town over who had these setup.
He had 2 balls up on the wall and a powered sub. The balls were being powered by a GILL single ended tubed amp pushing just 15 watts and an Accuphase CD player. The room was huge! 13 foot ceilings and about 2x's bigger than my living room setup where they will be placed. The sound was incredible. He himself has a pair setup at his apartment while his house is being built and he is very impressed with the sound these speakers create.
He did quote me a price of $300 for a pair and $750 for the powered sub. If I figure in tax thats about $315 and $792.50 (more or less). I have seen some prices on line but can't really find any deals.
Anyone have these setup? Know of any good deals on the net?
Plan to hook them up to a Denon 3802 (once I get the cash).
